These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeminaryApply platform at seminaryapp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SeminaryApply lets applicants create a single profile and apply to multiple seminaries, lets schools provide transcripts and references, and lets seminaries review applications and schedule interviews.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Applications may be submitted by or on behalf of minors with parental involvement.
You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us permission to store and transmit that content to the seminaries and school involved in your application, solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false information, attempt to access other users' or seminaries' data, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee admission to any seminary; admissions decisions are made solely by each seminary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
