• Application profile: personal and family details (including Hebrew name, date of birth, parents' and siblings' information), current and prior schools, background, and medical information you choose to provide.
• Documents and forms: a photo, transcripts and references (submitted by your school), and answers to seminary application forms.
• Usage information: basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To create your account and let you complete and submit applications.
• To deliver your application, documents, and forms to the seminaries you choose to apply to.
• To let your school provide transcripts and references and to schedule interviews.
• To send you service notifications by email and, if you provide a mobile number, by text message (see “Text messaging” below).

How we share your information

We share your application information only with the seminaries you apply to and with the school you attend, as needed to process your application. Each seminary can see only its own applicants. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, we may send admissions-related text messages such as interview confirmations, interview reminders, and application-status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls that keep each seminary's applicants separate and encryption of sensitive fields.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Applicants who are minors

Applications may be submitted by or on behalf of minors with parental involvement. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a minor's information.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile at any time, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
